Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds unless there is a mistake made on our behalf. To make the return process as easy as possible for you, Hybrid Nation returns are now powered by AfterShip, the link can be found by clicking on the FAQs tab at the bottom of the page. We offer a store credit, minus an $8 shipping fee, for online returns. Please refer to our Return/Exchange Policy, located within our Terms & Conditions, which can be found at the bottom of the page.
